1. All sales are final:
Due to the personalized and unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
2. Order processing time:
The estimated processing time for your order is 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Note: This time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
3. Responsibility for address errors:
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address:
If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to resend the package.
4. Responsibility during transit:
We do NOT assume responsibility for:
- Delivery delays.
- Lost or damaged packages during transit with USPS.
5. Packages marked as delivered but not received:
If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local USPS office directly to resolve the issue.
